Established in 1967, CHARO Community Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit organization. CHARO's mission is to be an economic catalyst, providing quality services and innovative programs for the economic advancement of the underserved Los Angeles Latino community. All services are provided in a bilingual/bicultural environment.
